Inactivity reminderChoose whether and after how many days to be notified.
Shareable cardsExport a workout, cardio or diet summary.

One place for the full picture

RepFuel records sets, reps and weight alongside duration, distance, calories, meals, macros and body weight. Exercise photos can now open full-screen. Existing history can be imported read-only from Apple Health or Health Connect.

Easier-to-read progress

The Personal Records screen lists best performances by exercise. Streak badges show continuity without imposing one cadence on every activity. The inactivity reminder is optional and configurable, avoiding artificial daily pressure.

Share without exposing an account

New cards turn a workout, cardio session or diet summary into a visual that can be shared through the operating system. RepFuel does not build an internal social network.

Who it fits

RepFuel targets people who no longer want gym, running, meals and weight split across four tools. It supports English and French with no ads or third-party analytics SDK. It remains a personal log, not a medical device or personalized training plan.
