Story selection

A story is selected for its impact, novelty, practical relevance or ability to explain a lasting change. Popularity alone is not enough.

Mainstream coverage remains connected to the publication’s scope: technology, digital use, security, products and companies in the sector.

Sources and verification

Primary sources are preferred: documentation, official announcements, research papers, code repositories, security advisories and regulatory texts.

When appropriate, facts are checked against several sources. References are linked from the article page. A claim is not treated as verified when its source does not support it.

Writing and added value

Articles should not merely rewrite another publication. They add context, explain trade-offs and distinguish facts, statements and analysis.

Headlines must describe the content honestly. Misleading wording, unsupported promises and artificial freshness are excluded.

Use of artificial intelligence

AI tools may assist monitoring, structuring, writing, translation, summarisation and the creation of illustrations.

Generated output is never treated as a source. Factual claims must be traceable to the references displayed on the page. Consistency, date, link and metadata checks are part of the publishing process.

Automation is used to maintain useful and regular coverage. It must not create pages without additional information or hide the origin of facts.

Images

Images must be relevant to the story. The publication favours original work, visuals generated for a specific article and resources licensed for publication.
