Corrections and updates
Errors should be corrected quickly, and significant changes should remain understandable to readers.
Report an error
Readers can report factual errors, broken links, incorrect attribution or rights issues. A useful report includes the relevant URL, the precise passage and a source that supports the correction.

Typographical errors, formatting problems and replacement links with equivalent content may be corrected without changing the article date.
Substantial changes
A correction that changes the meaning, adds a significant development or updates the facts receives a visible modification date.
Content is not artificially refreshed when no meaningful information has changed.
Exceptional removal
An article may be removed when it relies on fundamentally false information, infringes a right or creates a disproportionate risk. A correction or update remains preferable when it is sufficient to restore accuracy.
